Can I preview a video before I purchase it? |

If you are inquiring for a school, library, or professional institution you may order a preview copy of any of our titles.
We at Chalktalkonline welcome your institutional preview request. We offer this service so you may sample the title(s) which you feel would be a good fit for your needs, but just want to take a closer look to make sure it's everything you expect it to be.
To assist us in prompt handling of your request, we must receive your order through our shopping cart with a credit card deposit for the full amount or with a purchase order mailed to us.
If the title(s) are not what you were expecting, simply return the video(s) within 30 days for a complete refund, less shipping charges --it's that simple.

How long does it take to get my order? |

Most gift orders are shipped within 3 business days (videos 7-10 days). Domestic gift orders are shipped priority mail and are delivered 2-3 days later. |
